Forms of Abstraction

Here's a few photos from a group show I am in at
Irvine Fine Arts Center curated by Carl Berg.
There are 21 artists in the show!
I just photographed a few things.
The show will be on view through Feb. 23
Cheers to Carl for his thoughtful curation.
The show looks great and I am thrilled to have been included.

A lovely monochrome by Carolee Toon. The photo does not do it justice!

New in the Studio

It's been hectic in my petite studio this fall. Several paintings shipped
out recently for Aqua Miami Dec 6-9 with Taylor de Cordoba
Next week I ship out a solo show for Carl Solway Gallery
Here is a sneak preview of a few works in progress.

AOP at the Weatherspoon Museum

Another show I'm currently in is the Art on Paper 42nd
Biennial at the Weatherspoon Museum in North Carolina.
My friend artist Tomory Dodge, who participated in the AOP a
few years ago, asked me to show a drawing in the section he curated.

Here's a few shots of Tomory giving an artist talk with my
drawing in the background alongside works by Russell Crotty,
Aaron Morse, Lesley Vance and Lisa Sanditz.
Thanks to Dodge for his thoughtful curation!
